Cryptosign operates on a strict zero-trust architecture. We manufacture and supply uncompromised, blank physical hardware and provide access to an open-source, client-side offline terminal.

We do not have access to, nor do we store, transmit, or process your cryptographic seed phrases, encryption keys, or SSS payloads. Consequently, Cryptosign and its parent company cannot be held liable for:

• Loss of funds or digital assets.
• User error during the Shamir Secret Sharing encryption or decryption process.
• Theft, loss, or destruction of the physical Citadel Medallions or Seed Plates after delivery.
• Compromised local hardware or malware on the user's personal machine.

The user assumes absolute and total responsibility for the physical security of their hardware, the operational security of their environment during the engraving process, and the safeguarding of their cryptographic backups.
