Operational Logistics & Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch All physical hardware orders are processed and dispatched from our secure facility in Belgium within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or European public holidays will be dispatched on the next active business day.

2. OpSec-Compliant Packaging (Stealth Shipping) We respect your physical security. All Cryptosign hardware is shipped in 100% discreet, unbranded exterior packaging. There are no exterior logos, crypto buzzwords, or indications of the high-value security hardware inside. The return address will simply list our corporate entity name or fulfillment center, ensuring your package does not draw unwanted attention in transit.

3. Shipping Zones & Estimated Transit Times We ship globally. Once your payload is handed over to the carrier, estimated transit times are as follows:

  1. Domestic (Belgium): 3 – 5 business days
  2. European Union (EU): 3 – 5 business days
  3. International (USA, Canada, UK, Rest of World): 7 – 14 business days

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not account for potential delays at international customs borders.

4. Tracking & Chain of Custody Every order is dispatched with end-to-end tracking. Once your hardware leaves our facility, you will receive an automated encrypted email containing your tracking link. You are responsible for monitoring the chain of custody and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the destination.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes For international shipments outside of the European Union, your package may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or carrier brokerage fees. The buyer is strictly responsible for all import liabilities. Cryptosign has no control over local customs agencies and cannot predict these fees. If you refuse a package due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

6. Anonymous Drop Addresses & P.O. Boxes We will ship to any address you provide, including P.O. Boxes and forwarder drop-locations, provided the address can legally accept tracked parcel deliveries from major carriers (DHL, bpost, UPS, etc.). Please double-check your coordinates before confirming your order; we cannot reroute a package once it has been dispatched.
